Just a little update about this. We're well in to the from-scratch rewrite at this point. Adam has been working on the new controls we'll need, and I'm working on the UI itself. This is entirely new code; nothing from the original BigSeq will be in this plug-in. Now, that said, it will maintain the entire functionality of the original BigSeq, and have most of the features asked for in the threads from earlier this year, as well as the various emails we've received over BigSeq's lifespan. A brief rundown: 1. There will be six effects. Each effect will have its own gate sequencer and modulation sequencer. The mod sequencer will be able to affect any control in that effect other than "active," which is controlled by the gate sequencer. Each effect's sequencer is running on its own timebase, so you can have, say, 4 steps of 32nd notes on the VCA and 16 steps of quarter notes on the Filter, if you'd like. 2. The order of the effects can be changed, so you can have all six in any way you'd like between the input and the output. 3. We're still working on the exact complement of effects, but I can say that we're definitely including a delay, the filter will definitely be multi-mode, and the VCA will definitely have panning. As far as release dates and whatever, I don't have any idea at this point. We've got a lot done, but there's a lot to do. The things we needed to invent for it are invented, so the hardest part is over. It will be a $10 upgrade for existing BigSeq owners, and will be $49 for new customers, I can say that much.
Just little update about this. We
