Right on schedule, PG Music recently announced Band in a Box 2008. New features include RealTracks, Multi-Styles, updates to the Audio Chord Wizard, RealDrums Style changes and a lot more. Band in a Box 2007 introduced the highly effective concept of RealDrums - using real recordings of real drummers instead of MIDI tracks. Now they've extended the concept to other tracks as well with RealTracks. Real Pedal Steel, Real Acoustica Guitar and Real Tenor Sax (only for soling) have been added to make playback even more realistic. You can now have up to 24 substyles within a style, you can change RealDrum styles within a song, and you can now change the key signature anywhere in a song.
