Our Canadian customers will be glad to hear that we've dropped our pricing on a huge number of products over the past few weeks given the strength of the Canadian dollar. Keep in mind that when we source products from US vendors, we still have to pay customs charges, including duty, brokerage, and taxes. Of course shipping from the US can be expensive, so we have to account for all of these costs when setting our selling prices in Canada. In other cases, we source products from Canadian suppliers (such as Steinberg Canada or Roland Canada), and often they are slow to adjust their prices (if they adjust them at all) to reflect the current exchange rate.
